Continuous Nitrogen Power Atmosphere Brazing for Melting Furnace For Condensed and Radiator Cores
Product introductions:
The aluminium radiator brazing furnace is used to braze aluminum heat exchangers such as radiators, intercoolers, evaporators,and heater radiator under protective nitrogen atmosphere. The flux used is NOCOLOK flux.
Aluminum brazing furnace system with controllable atmosphere is mainly used for continuous brazing of aluminum water tank, oil cooler, intercooler, warm air, tubular condenser, evaporator, parallel flow condenser, cascade evaporator, air cooler of power station under nitrogen protection atmosphere.
Production flow of continuous nitrogen brazing furance:
loading workpiece → flux spraying → drying → going through front curtain room (with nitrogen) → brazing (with nitrogen) → slag removing (nitrogen pre-heating) → going through static cooling room → going through rear curtain room (with nitrogen) → going through compulsive air cooling room → manual taking off cores from belt

a) Natural gas burners and control solenoid valves are all well-known Sinon brand in China.
b) Each burner is equipped with an independent gas valve control system.
C) The temperature controller automatically adjusts the flame size by air-fuel ratio to achieve uniform temperature control.
d) The drying oven adopts independent conveyor belt and stepless variable frequency speed drive system.
e) Cleaning and maintenance openings are arranged on one side of the furnace body.
f) The preheater is equipped with a heat exchanger for heat recovery and utilization. The heat discharged can be reclaimed twice to the drying oven for use, and the air is preheated to save energy.
